and bodywork methods and logged thousands of hours of experience, but my intention stems simply from
your needs - here, today, this moment.
The methods I incorporate into your massage continually evolve, keeping the work alive and fresh. I am very mindful about using technique that is effective and still within your range of comfort, from very specific deep tissue work to a more relaxing combination of medium-to-firm pressures. In addition, I have received special instruction in prenatal massage. Lastly, I am always respectful of your personal privacy, and discuss the guidelines for draping prior to your first massage.
